On Saturday June 9th the Clitheroe and District Fellowship held a concert at West Bradford Village Hall, to raise funds for local charities, at which the Craven Accordion Orchestra performed to an audience of 120 who were thoroughly well entertained by the Orchestra, who played a wide range of music styles to the delight of the assembled.
The evening raised an amazing sum which totalled over £1000 which will go to supporting local charities. WBro John Farrington APGM the Fellowship President, made a presentation of £100 on behalf of the fellowship to the Orchestra’s chosen charity, Sue Ryder.
This was a thoroughly well received event with true fellowship and excellent entertainment. Thanks must go to the organising Brethren and their wives for all the hard work to make the evening the great success it was.
