The closing date for applications is 15 January 2022.  Tickets are to be issued.

Please ensure that you clearly state on your application form any dietary

requirements and the names of the people you wish to sit with.  The table layout 

will be round tables of 10 (12 can be accommodated on these tables if required).

The menu is:  

Starter:  Crispy, Breaded Cackleberry Farm Hens’ Egg with Spillman’s

                Asparagus, fresh Podded Peas and Marmite Croutons.

Main Course :           Chargrilled Chicken Breast served with Garlic Roasted Potatoes,  Lemon Broccolini, Vine Tomatoes and Basil Oil.

Dessert          :           Homemade Sticky Toffee Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce, Milk Ice Cream and Praline Tuile.

For those with dietary requirements the following can be ordered:  

Starters          :           British Tomato Soup with Oregano Oil, Black Pepper and Smoked Sea Salt Focaccia Bread

Mains             :           Wild Mushroom Suet Pudding served with local Greens, Truffled  Potatoes and Double Cream.

Dessert          :           Fruit Salad

A fish main course is available, for which there will be a supplement of £6.50

Entertainment:   

We are to be entertained throughout the evening by “Bamboo Fontaine” who are an 

experienced and talented 8 piece function band.

Dress Code:           Dinner Suit / Black Tie

Hotel Accommodation

For those guests who are considering overnight accommodation, we have been offered a 10% discount on the flexible rate at the Holiday Inn Express for a double room including breakfast. Please note that the price does fluctuate on a daily basis depending on when you book.
